Parent Payments Policy

2026 Booklist Foundation to Level 6

We encourage all parents to order the book packs chosen by our school. Our teachers have carefully curated these

book packs to match the curriculum and task requirements for the year and the school have negotiated the best possible price due to bulk ordering. Past experience has shown that it creates ongoing issues if a student has different supplies from their class.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Visit: https://www.btschps.com/
• Go to: PACKS & SCHOOL FEES in the menu heading
• Enter: chps4139 in the Guest Area
• Select the pack(s) you require for the 2026 School year 
• Enter the Student’s Name and then add pack to the cart.
• Proceed to checkout and complete personal and payment details
• An order confirmation will be sent to your email address

DELIVERY INFORMATION & ORDER DEADLINE:

• PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 19TH DECEMBER 2025 WILL INCUR A $14.95 SURCHARGE FEE
• All packs will be delivered directly to the classroom prior to students arriving in 2026.

Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund

The Camps, Sports, and Excursions Fund (CSEF) is a program provided by the Victorian Department of Education to assist eligible families with the costs of school activities. This includes expenses for school camps, sports, and excursions that enhance students’ learning experiences outside the classroom.

Eligible families, primarily those with a valid Health Care Card or a similar concession, can apply for financial assistance. The funding is credited directly to the school account to offset the costs of these activities for the student.

The CSEF aims to ensure that all students have access to these important educational experiences, regardless of their financial circumstances.
